Praise Jesus Deirdre was with us on our trip to Austin for Labor Day weekend. She made everything from bacon and eggs breakfast to packing sandwiches for the river to dinner when we got back to the house. Not only can this girl make a gourmet meal, she also has a good heart. Deirdre cooked an entire Thanksgiving feast for Adam's grandparents who were staying in Houston by themselves. Little Martin dressed like Borat. Migidy Mike dressed as Deadmau5. And just all around great people and fantastic music! RENT is what House Music is all about and for its triumphant return they packed Meridian with sexy people and fierce beats. I'm literally biting my nails in anticipation on what to expect next year. Will they? Won't they? Hm?

This show marks the first time this sexy Frenchman has been to Houston and boy was his set sexual. I think what made it even more memorable was Danilo and Co. blasting Guetta's CD while we all sang along the whole way there. Thanks for such a wonderful night!

Thanks to Hurricane Ike, Deadmau5 never made it to Houston. He did, however, make it to Austin the night before and Dallas the day after. How lame!

Sand, Sun, and House Music. In Houston. This is the party that I always look forward to throughout the year. Major props to Alex C, Bobby Blyss, and Esteban Torres for putting this party together. We love you guys and we love Praia!

Miami for WMC

What better way to spend your birthday than to dance to Green Velvet, Fedde Le Grand, Dirty South, Bad Boy Bill, and many other hot DJs. I knew it was going to be an awesome vacay when I met Calvin Harris the first day I was in Miami. I spent most of the time dancing, eating loud cereal, and enjoying the Atlantic views. I can't wait for next year!

This last category, I had a lot of trouble deciding. I have a few choices in mind and couldn't come up with just one answer, so I might just leave it up to you guys to discuss.
